This is a concentrated production zone for traditional crafts, especially plastic recycling and mechanical engineering, aimed at promoting local economic development and improving the production environment towards a modern and sustainable direction.

5. Executed Categories – Fire Protection System (FPS) Design Consulting: The project includes consulting and design for the FPS, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations:

  • Consulting on architectural – structural – M&E solutions in accordance with current FPS standards.
  • Designing fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
  • Preparing cost estimates for emergency lighting and emergency exit systems.
